With over 5 years of professional experience and a bodybuilding show under her belt, Alexy is your trusted personal trainer for a life-changing fitness journey.

Her journey began in 2012, igniting a passion that extends far beyond the gym. Overcoming challenges with weight gain and confidence during her college years, Alexy began her journey towards better health. Dedicated to fostering mental transformation and confidence-building, Alexy ensures a comprehensive approach to personal growth and wellness.

With a degree in Exercise Physiology and certified by Precision Nutrition Level 1, Alexy’s excels in crafting personalized fitness plans.

From muscle-building techniques, personalized nutrition guidance, a friendly strength training approach, and lifestyle adjustments, Alexy’s expertise covers every aspect of your fitness journey.

Marine Corps veteran turned fitness coach, Daniel brings over 5 years of dedicated training experience to his clients.

He is always trying to push his limits but being aware of possible injuries if training is not taken with the right approach. His journey from the military to personal training reflects his commitment to discipline, strength, and achieving personal goals.

With his military experience, years of coaching, and NASM CPT, Daniel’s expertise lies in muscle building, strength training, nutrition guidance, and injury prevention.

He will teach you how to lift heavy things without getting hurt and develop your body into something you never thought was possible.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, he tailors workouts to your individual needs, ensuring efficient progress and lasting results. Clients seeking an extra push can also tap into his conditioning routines.

Beyond the gym, Daniel unwinds by playing action or adventure video games, his favorite of all time is Final Fantasy IX. He also enjoys refining his culinary skills while listening to a very randomized selection of music or getting lost reading random history facts. A blend of strength in the gym and creativity in the kitchen, Daniel is not just a trainer but a holistic lifestyle advocate.

With a background in athletics and psychology, Galen is passionate about fostering confidence and personal growth through fitness. Galen integrates behavioral change strategies into training programs, guiding clients to cultivate healthy habits that last a lifetime.

 

Since 2016, they’ve been passionate about following a comprehensive approach in pursuit of health and wellness in body and mind. Galen is committed to empower those of all abilities to cultivate healthier lifestyles that extend beyond the gym.

Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, Galen specializes in helping clients build a strong mind-body connection through strength and resistance training. By emphasizing individual strengths and fostering positive mindset shifts, Galen leads clients to overcome challenges and reach their fitness goals with newfound confidence. 

Galen incorporates mindfulness practices and stress management techniques into sessions, they help clients build resilience and improve their overall quality of life. This holistic approach not only enhances physical performance but also supports emotional well-being, ensuring clients develop a well-rounded perspective on health.

Outside of work, Galen immerses herself in a variety of creative pursuits. She relaxes by drawing and watercolor painting, and you can often find them exploring Seattle’s thrift shops for unique treasures. At home, she enjoys playing video games, caring for her collection of plants, and spending time with her two cats, Fish and Chips.
